Services Offered :

Ante natal and Paediatric out-patient services on all working days from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm. Services include collection of blood and urine samples, blood grouping and semen analysis.
24x7 Haematology services which includes CBC, Peripheral Smear, blood grouping and RH typing ESR, Reticulocytic count, urine routine and CSF analysis.
Cystology section offers pap smear examination, FNAC’S, fluid cytology and MLC reporting.
Under histopathology section biopsy samples / specimens are received and the same are grossed, processed, stained and reporting done.

Department of Pathology – Write Up

Team of experienced Laboratory Technicians work with dedication and sincerity. 24x7 working of Haematology Section with timely dispatch of reports.
We are under External Quality Assurance Scheme of AIIMS New Delhi.
Pap smear screening done which helps in early detection of abnormality and thereby help in patient care.
Placental reporting of all still births done.
Timely reporting of biopsies help in patient care and for referral to higher institution at the earliest.
PG thesis programs are under way.
FNAC'S of lymph nodes helps in screening for tuberculosis.
FNAC'S of soft tissue swelling are done.
Peripheral smear examination done to rule out haemolysis, typing of anemia, manual platelet count and immature cells.
SOP’s, IEC material, posters, sinages and all registers in place.
All equipments are covered under AMC with annual calibration and verification.
Daily cleaning and disinfection done with proper biomedical waste management.
